Displays AR required multiple displays in an Augmented Reality
(AR) app, accessible both through their application and on their
website. I began by capturing high-quality photos and blueprints
to accurately model the two displays they wanted to feature. Using
Blender, I meticulously modelled and textured these displays
before importing them into Unity for further development.
Following the creation of the initial versions of the AR application,
we collaborated to refine the app's requirements. Recognizing the
need for a web-based implementation, I developed a WebGL version of
the application, along with a glTF file for seamless integration on
their website. This approach allowed Displays AR to showcase their
AR-enhanced displays both in-app and online, providing a versatile
and interactive user experience.
After the initial work for Displays AR, they returned with a request for a second display to be modelled and developed for Augmented Reality. This time, the focus was on a LED wall display. I applied the same meticulous process, ensuring high-quality modelling and texturing in Blender, followed by seamless integration into Unity. The successful development of this additional display further demonstrated the versatility and scalability of the AR solution we provided.
